Obverse description At centre-right, an intaglio portrait vignette of Tuanku Abdul Rahman Ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Muhammad (1895–1960), the first Yang di-Pertuan Agong of the Federation of Malaya, is rendered against a guilloche underprint in the note's dominant green palette. Denomination and issuing authority inscriptions appear in both Roman script and Jawi, framed by ornamental borders typical of the series. The polymer substrate is integrated into the overall design with clear window elements characteristic of Note Printing Australia production.

Reverse description The reverse composition centres on Malaysia's infrastructure and technological development, with a vignette of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport terminal set against the Petronas Twin Towers. An underlying geographical map of the region carries symbolic markers denoting Putrajaya and Cyberjaya as the twin pillars of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC Malaysia). Guilloche underprinting and ornamental borders unify the composition within the dominant colour scheme of the series.
