| Descrizione del dritto | One-third segment cut from a Spanish colonial 8 Reales coin, retaining a portion of the laureate bust of the Spanish monarch facing left, with the partial legend 'DEI · G · RA' visible in the field to the right. Applied at center is a circular countermark bearing the numeral '5' within a plain incuse circle, applied by Curaçaoan authorities to validate the piece for local circulation. The reeded edge of the original host coin is partially preserved along the outer arc of the triangular fragment. |
