The encircling legend reads CONCORD CANTONE DER SCHWEIZ with the date 1830 incorporated into the inscription at the top, all separated by small dots. The legend is oriented inverted relative to the obverse, consistent with coin alignment. A fine dentilated border frames the entire design. |
