| Obverse description | A frontal architectural view of the Central Bank of Sudan building occupies the central field, rendered in fine detail with columns and a stepped facade. Immediately below the building, a dual-date inscription appears in Arabic numerals, citing both the Hijri year 1408 and the Gregorian year 1987. Flanking the lower inscription, two crossed sprigs extend symmetrically toward the lower rim, their tips meeting at the base of the design. An Arabic legend arcs along the upper periphery of the coin. The overall composition is clean and formal, befitting an institutional architectural motif. |
