Below the eagle, a crouching lion is depicted atop a decorative base with crossed anchors. The upper legend 'اليوبيل الذهبى لعيد الشرطة' (Golden Jubilee of Police Day) arcs across the top of the field. The dual commemorative dates '٢٥ يناير ١٩٥٢م' (25 January 1952) and '٢٥ يناير ٢٠٠٢م' (25 January 2002) appear on either side of the field, marking the fiftieth anniversary. The design is enclosed within a finely denticled border.
