Obverse description Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, depicted as a mature draped bust with an elaborately coiffed and diademed portrait, as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the lower left periphery, while BAILIWICK OF JERSEY curves along the upper field, and the date 2015 appears at the lower right. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field, characteristic of the fourth definitive effigy used on Commonwealth coinage from 1998 onward.
