| Reverse description | The full Royal Coat of Arms of King Charles III engraved by Timothy Noad, centrally displayed and featuring the quartered shield with the arms of England, Scotland, and Ireland. The crowned lion of England acts as dexter supporter and the chained unicorn of Scotland as sinister supporter, both depicted rampant on either side of the shield, which is surmounted by the Royal Crown and lion crest. A compartment of Tudor roses, thistles, and shamrocks fills the base, above a scroll bearing the motto DIEU ET MON DROIT in raised lettering, while the Garter motto HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE encircles the shield. The date 2025 appears in the lower field beneath the composition, with the engraver's initials TN visible in the lower right field. |
