Descrizione del dritto	Yellow and blue note with an ornate geometric border of interlocking floral and star motifs. At centre-left, a vignette of the Cedar of Lebanon rises against a pale yellow underprint, while to the right a large circular guilloche medallion bears the Arabic denomination in intaglio. Two manuscript signatures appear below the cedar vignette, identified by Arabic title inscriptions, with the date and place of issue in Arabic script along the lower margin.

Descrizione del rovescio	Green and yellow note with a dense guilloche border enclosing a central vignette of a cornucopia-style arrangement of fruits, grapes, and foliage surrounding the large numeral '5' above the denomination lettering. The issuer's name in French is printed in bold letterpress across the upper portion, and the date and place of issue appear in a cartouche along the lower margin. Numeral '5' appears in the upper-left corner and within a star motif at upper right.
