The heading inscription of the III. Armeekorps prisoner-of-war camp inspectorate is set across the top within a decorative border frame. Two facsimile signatures of the Inspekteur (Waldhausen) and the Adjutant appear below the cartouche, alongside the issue date and the designation of the note as a means of payment for prisoners of war. |
