| Obverse description | A solid inner line circle frames the field, within which an encircled motto reads AUS DURCH MAUL HALTEN in Latin script. Encircling the inner circle, the district authority name K.BEZIRKSAMT and the issuing locality WASSERBURG are inscribed along the outer border, separated by a six-pointed star ornament. The date 1917 appears at the base of the legend, flanked by star stops. The overall design is plain and utilitarian, consistent with wartime Notgeld production. |
