| Opis rewersu | The reverse depicts the heraldic arms of the city of Suhl within the octagonal field, bordered by a continuous outer row of raised dots. The central motif shows a crenellated city gate flanked by two towers, each surmounted by a flagpole, referencing the traditional municipal arms. In the archway of the gate stands a cockerel, a principal charge of the Suhl civic arms. Above the gate, two crossed tools — a hammer and a pick — are displayed in saltire, alluding to the city's historic ironworking and arms-manufacturing heritage. No inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
