| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse presents a plain field enclosed by a continuous circular legend reading ANTON SCHLÜTER and MOTORENFABRIK, separated by two five-pointed stars, all contained within a uniform pearl border. The denomination numeral '5' is prominently struck in the center of the field in large raised characters. The design is utilitarian in character, consistent with privately issued German notgeld tokens of the early Weimar period. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Anton Schlüter's Freising firm, better known for agricultural diesel engines that became workhorses across postwar Bavarian farms, issued notgeld tokens like this one during the currency chaos of the early 1920s, when small-denomination Reichsmark coinage had effectively vanished from everyday transactions. Factory-issued brass pieces served as internal scrip — redeemable at the company canteen or shop, and rarely circulating beyond the factory gates.
