The issuing authority 'DER MAGISTRAT' with two facsimile signatures is contained in a dotted ornamental cartouche at lower left, balanced by a redemption notice in a matching cartouche at lower right. 'BITTERFELD' and 'JUNI 1921' appear in bold type at the foot, with verse inscriptions arranged in horizontal bands across the upper and middle registers. |
