| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in black on ochre-yellow paper, the obverse presents a woodcut-style vignette of a multi-arched stone railway viaduct viewed in diagonal perspective, with water beneath and small trees visible in the distance. A large numeral '5' appears in the upper right within a circular underprint motif against a stylised clouded sky. At the foot of the central vignette, a lower panel in Fraktur script reads 'Pfennig.' flanked by lozenge ornaments, all enclosed within a bold rectangular border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in black on the same ochre-yellow paper stock and carries a single large oval vignette serving as the municipal seal of Salzburghofen. At the centre of the seal is a tree flanked by the Bavarian lozenge shield, set on a low stone plinth with the date '1920' inscribed below; the surrounding legend in Fraktur reads 'Gemeinderath' at the top and 'Salzburghofen' at the bottom, the whole enclosed by a plain oval rule. |
