| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black on a pale rose underprint composed of a diamond-lattice guilloche pattern interspersed with repeated double-headed eagle vignettes. The central field carries the large bold numeral '5' above the denomination text 'Fünf Pfennig' in Gothic blackletter script, with the issuing authority 'Der Magistrat der Stadt Neuruppin' inscribed below.
