| 正面描述 | The Cuban national coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring the royal palm tree within a shield flanked by an oak branch on the left and a laurel branch on the right, surmounted by the Phrygian cap atop a fasces. Cuba's FIFA World Cup commemorative program in the early 1980s was one of the most prolific in the socialist world, with the Banco Nacional issuing multiple denominations across several years leading up to Spain '82. The series was produced primarily for hard currency export — sold to foreign collectors and dealers to generate convertible revenue the domestic economy could not otherwise access. These coins never circulated inside Cuba in any meaningful sense.
