The design is rendered in fine detail with spread wings and a wreath of oak and laurel branches at the base. The stainless-steel ring bears the national legend 'ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS' along the upper arc in raised Latin capitals, with an ornamental foliate motif at the lower arc. |
