| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in olive-green and red on cream paper. At left, an oval vignette contains a seated allegorical female figure of Justice holding scales, set against a maritime background, framed by ornate guilloche rosettes at each corner bearing the numeral 5. The central field carries the issuing authority's name and denomination in letterpress, with a bold red overprint reading CINCO across the lower centre, accompanied by a manuscript signature. |
