| 背面描述 | Two circular vignettes are arranged side by side at center: an allegorical Indian head representing Liberty on the left and the Dominican coat of arms on the right. The issuer's name runs along the upper border, while the face value is rendered in alternating numeral and word form at the four corners, between the vignettes, and along the lateral and lower margins, creating a densely lettered frame around the central imagery. |

| 备注 |
The three signature combinations on P#72 map almost exactly onto the Trujillo dictatorship's final years — the 1961 series ending just months before Rafael Trujillo's assassination in May of that year. Manuel V. Ramos and José A. Quezada signed into a political vacuum; the regime collapsed before the series was fully distributed, leaving portions of the D800001–E400000 run with unusually low circulation exposure.
ABNC produced this series during a period when the Dominican Republic maintained a strict peso oro–U.S. dollar parity, enforced since 1947. That fixed rate gave the central bank little room for monetary maneuver, which is partly why the physical notes changed so little across five years and three signature pairs.
