| Obverse description | The obverse features the Cuban national coat of arms at centre, depicting a shield quartered with a royal palm, a rising sun over a seascape, and the Cuban key symbol, surmounted by a Phrygian cap on a fasces and flanked by two curved laurel branches tied at the base.
