正面描述	Printed in olive-green and brown on light paper, the obverse carries at left the provincial coat of arms of Formosa set within ornamental guilloche borders, with a bold numeral '5' at right enclosed in an intricate lathe-work panel. The upper field bears the issuing authority and bond title in bold letterpress, while emission and maturity dates appear in the central field beneath the denomination spelled out in full. Serie A designation and the responsible sub-secretariat are noted in the lower register.

背面描述	The reverse is printed in black on plain light paper and is given over entirely to dense letterpress text setting out the legal terms and conditions of the bond issue. The upper portion repeats the issuing authority and bond designation, followed by numbered articles drawn from Leyes Nº 1.296 and 1.342 and Decreto Nº 558/01 governing the emission, acceptance, and circulation of the BOCAN-FOR instruments. A small guilloche rosette device appears at upper right.
