| 正面描述 | The aluminium bronze centre features the Mexican national arms in high relief: a left-facing golden eagle perched upon a prickly pear cactus growing from a rocky outcrop, grasping and devouring a serpent in its beak and talons, derived from the ancient Aztec founding legend of Tenochtitlán. The design is rendered with fine feather detail on the eagle's wings and body. The stainless steel outer ring carries the curved legend ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS along the upper arc, flanked at the lower sides by a wreath of oak and laurel branches tied with a ribbon at the base. |

| 背面描述 | The aluminium bronze centre displays the large numeral '5' in bold relief occupying the central field, with the peso sign '$' to its lower left and the mint mark 'Mo' to its lower right. The date is inscribed in the upper left field of the centre. A decorative foliate scroll motif in relief appears at the base of the centre, bridging the inner and outer elements. The stainless steel ring is engraved with a continuous band of stylised pre-Columbian Aztec calendar or codex-inspired geometric and zoomorphic motifs, with a cartouche at the top bearing a small coat of arms. |
