| Opschrift keerzijde | LEY Nº 8472 (modificado por Ley Nº 8482) ARTÍCULO 48: Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a emitir certificados de cancelación de obligaciones hasta la suma total de ochocientos millones de pesos ($ 800.000.000). Los certificados se denominarán "Certificados de Cancelación de Obligaciones de la Provincia de Córdoba" en sistema CECOR. ARTÍCULO 50: Los CECOR se emitirán en una o más series, a veinticuatro (24) meses de plazo y devengarán un interés anual del doce por ciento (12%). ARTÍCULO 52: El pago efectuado al acreedor mediante los CECOR importará la extinción irrevocable de los créditos por los que se efectuó su entrega. ARTÍCULO 53: El Poder Ejecutivo podrá rescatar anticipadamente la totalidad o parte de los CECOR que se encuentren en circulación. ARTÍCULO 17 (Ley 8482): Los CECOR deberán ser aceptados por sus tenedores para la cancelación de obligaciones, cualquiera fuere su naturaleza, con el Estado Provincial, Entidades Autárquicas, Empresas, Sociedades y Bancos del Estado Provincial. |
