Obverse description Portrait vignette of President Manuel Quezon at left, identified by a ribbon cartouche inscribed QUEZON, set within an ornate letterpress border with interlaced geometric guilloche panels and numeral 5 in the lower corners. The denomination FIVE PESOS appears in a decorative panel at top centre, with the full bearer clause text in bold type across the centre field. A circular red seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, dated City of Bacolod, Jan. 20, 1942, is applied at right, with three manuscript signatures below identifying the Provincial Fiscal, Provincial Treasurer (Chairman), and Acting Provincial Auditor.
