The bearer demand clause occupies the central text block, with the bold denomination 'FIVE PESOS' set in large type at center, while the series designation and serial number appear at upper right and lower left respectively. Two countersignature lines at the foot of the note designate the Acting Provincial Auditor and the Provincial Treasurer. |
