Three manuscript signatures appear at the foot of the note, attributed to the Provincial Treasurer, Provincial Auditor, and Governor respectively, with the series designation SIXTH SERIES printed below the main text. |

A single manuscript signature of the Governor appears at the foot, beneath the series designation SIXTH SERIES. |
