A central banner inscription names the issuing bank, below which a script promise-to-pay clause and the date "1º Enero 1904" appear, with spaces provided for the signatures of El Tenedor de Libros, El Cajero, and El Director. The left-hand counterfoil, printed on the same pink paper, carries manuscript fields for number and date alongside a large denomination numeral. |

| 背面描述 | The reverse is printed in black on pink paper and composed entirely of geometric and foliate engraved ornament. A dense guilloche border surrounds the entire field, with numeral "5" medallions set within circular cartouches at each of the four corners. The central panel is framed by an inner border of repeating lozenge diaper-work and contains a horizontal band lettered "CINCO" flanked by two further numeral "5" roundels, above and below which elaborate acanthus-scroll vignettes fill the remaining space. |
