正面描述	Black print on orange and yellow guilloche underprint. A steer head vignette appears at the left, with the Honduran coat of arms at centre right. The note bears the issuing bank's title, denomination in words and figures, place of issue, and date of issue.
正面铭文	EL BANCO DE HONDURAS Pagará al portador en moneda efectiva, 5 CINCO PESOS TEGUCIGALPA, 1º DE OCTUBRE DE 1889. (Translation: The Bank of Honduras Pay to Bearer in currency Five Pesos Tegucigalpa, October 1st., 1889.)
背面描述	Printed entirely in red, the reverse is composed of elaborate lathe-work guilloche patterns filling the entire field. Large numeral "5" counters appear at left and right within intricately engraved circular medallions, while a central octagonal guilloche medallion carries the bank name in bold serif lettering. The inscription "CINCO PESOS" appears in a cartouche at the top and "TEGUCIGALPA" in a cartouche at the bottom, with the printer's imprint along the lower margin.
