The central vignette presents an oval portrait of a young woman with curly hair and a floral wreath, enclosed within a circular guilloche band carrying an inscription referencing navigation of the rivers of Entre Ríos and the Argentine Republic. The overall design is entirely typographic and engine-turned with no pictorial landscape elements. |
