| 备注 |
Banco Internacional was one of several private Mexican banks operating under concession during the Porfiriato, a period when the Díaz government deliberately fragmented banking authority to prevent any single institution from accumulating too much financial leverage. The American Bank Note Company produced paper for numerous Latin American issuers from its New York facilities throughout this period, and the engraving quality on Internacional's issues is consistently among the better examples from the region.
The bank's concession was revoked before the turn of the century, making the circulation window for this series relatively narrow. P#S562 sits in the Specialized catalog under the "S" prefix, confirming it never achieved the status of a nationally circulating note.
