Obverse description Blue intaglio on yellow underprint. A seated female vignette with shield at left anchors the design, with the issuer name across the top and face value in numerals at right, in text over the central vignette, and again below the watermark area. Dark blue serial numbers appear at upper left and upper right, with serial letter prefixes near the lateral edges. The note carries a provisional overprint on P# 61: the new bank name across the top, the Condor equivalent denomination below the original peso value, the issuing date of 10 December 1925 below the watermark area, a bar overprint reading "por el Estado," and "BILLETE PROVISIONAL" along the lower margin.

Reverse description Printed in blue by offset letterpress. A large white star-shaped guilloche forms the central watermark area, flanked by two allegorical vignettes: a seated female figure representing Agriculture at left, and a standing male figure representing Industry at right. The face value in words is inscribed above and below the central guilloche area.
