Obverse description Reddish-brown letterpress text on an ochre and green underprint background, with a left-facing portrait vignette of anarchist leader Buenaventura Durruti. The bearer clause and issuing authority text are arranged in multiple lines across the face, with the place name and date of issue at the foot. The inscription above the portrait serves as a dedicatory legend honouring Durruti as a martyr of the libertarian cause.
