Obverse description Central field bears the coat of arms of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), depicting crossed camel sticks and a tent over a shield, flanked by two olive branches and surmounted by a crescent and star. A ribbon at the base of the arms carries the motto in Arabic script reading 'Freedom, Democracy, Unity'.
