Vojne Uprave u Crnoj Gori. Po vrijednosnom razmjeru utvrđenom u 1. Naredbe Vrhovnog Vojnog Zapovjednika od 16. juna 1916, broj 8 Vjestnika Naredaba, iznaša vrijednost ove uputnice DVA ZVEČEĆA PERPERA I PEDESET ZVEČEĆIH PARA ILI DVIJE KRUNE I PEDESET HELERA. Za primanje ove uputnice važe zakonske odredbe o dužnosti primanja perperskih uputnica. Na javnim blagajnama primat će se uplate sa ovom uputnicom po gore označenom vrijednosnom raz- mjeru (3.
