Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer, not a sovereign or recognized monetary authority. The "Numisma" denomination exists nowhere in any national currency system — these notes are produced as collectible art pieces or novelty items, with Wagner serving as thematic subject rather than any historically grounded monetary figure. Franck Medina has designed similar privately issued fantasy notes for various fictional or semi-fictional banking entities.
