The Banco de Kamberra is a fantasy issuer — not a sovereign central bank or recognized monetary authority of any jurisdiction. "Kamberra" does not correspond to any established territory, and these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere. They circulate among collectors as novelty or art pieces, not as currency. The "Numisma" denomination is entirely invented.
Franck Medina is a French designer known for producing this type of elaborately printed fantasy note, often invoking historical figures to lend gravitas to otherwise fictional instruments.
