Banco de Kamberra is a fantasy issuer with no sovereign backing — these notes are privately produced novelty items, not legal tender in any jurisdiction. The "Numisma" denomination exists nowhere in monetary history. The Paris Fire Brigade (Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris) was formally established in 1811 under Napoleonic decree, making 2011 a genuine bicentenary year, but that historical hook is being used here purely as a commercial conceit.
