Banco de Kamberra is a fantasy issuer with no sovereign or territorial authority — these notes are artist's collectibles, not monetary instruments of any jurisdiction. The "Numisma" denomination is entirely invented. Franck Medina has produced similar fantasy series under fictional bank names before, and the format follows that output: limited print runs sold directly to collectors, with no pretense of legal tender status.
Yul Brynner was born in Vladivostok in 1920 — the exact date disputed even in his lifetime, partly by his own doing.
