Reverse description Central field displays a sinuous Chinese dragon in high relief, depicted in profile with scaled body coiling amid stylized cloud and wave motifs, the head facing upward with open mouth, claws outstretched, all enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding outer border is decorated with a continuous floral and foliate scroll pattern of rosettes and leafy tendrils, characteristic of the Kashgar Mint style. The overall design follows the late Qing imperial dragon coinage tradition adapted for Sinkiang provincial issues.
