Reverse description A royal crown surmounted by a star and crescent is prominently displayed at the top of the field, above an open laurel and olive wreath whose branches frame the central design. Within the wreath, the Arabic numeral 5 appears in large format above the Arabic word مليمات (milliemes) and the Eastern Arabic date ١٩٥٢ (1952). Flanking the wreath in the field are two vertical Arabic inscriptions reading خمسة مليمات (Five Milliemes). The English legend FIVE MILLIEMES is engraved along the lower rim in Latin capitals, with the whole encircled by a beaded border.
