| Obverse description | Printed in burnt sienna on a greenish guilloche underprint on yellow paper, the obverse carries a central oval vignette with a portrait of Francisco de Paula Rodrigues Alves (1848–1919), the 5th President of Brazil, similar in design to P#26. The surrounding field is filled with fine lathe-work ornamental borders and typographic legends. Stamping, serial, and order numbers are applied in red. |
