Two signatures appear at the lower centre, with serial numbers positioned at the lower left and right. |

Finnish and Swedish text runs along the upper border, while Russian text occupies the lower border. Smaller parallel inscriptions in Finnish and Swedish appear on the left and right margins respectively. |
