Flanking vignettes in vertical panels depict the Bieckerturm (left) and the Pulverturm (right), two medieval towers of the town, rendered in a fine pen-and-ink illustrative style. | Описание оборотной стороны | The central vignette presents a large panoramic scene of 'Der Zillertanz', a traditional folk dance pageant held in the town square before a Gothic church façade, with crowds of participants and spectators rendered in detailed multicolour lithography. Identical armoured knight cartouches labelled 'Isenkoppe' occupy the flanking vertical panels on both sides, each topped by crossed banners and a crescent-and-star device. The heading '700jähriges Stadtjubiläum' with the dates '1222' and '1922' spans the top border, commemorating the 700th anniversary of Attendorn's civic charter, while the title 'Der Zillertanz' appears in a bold Gothic banner at the foot. |
