| 背面描述 | The reverse features a dynamic equestrian scene depicting three uniformed members of the Lützowsche Freikorps charging at full gallop, rendered in bold relief with strong artistic expression evoking Romantic-era commemorative imagery. The riders, clad in early 19th-century military attire with characteristic shako hats, are shown brandishing sabres in a heroic charge. The curved legend 'ADOLF FREIHERR VON LÜTZOW' arcs along the left and upper periphery. The birth and death years '1782' and '1834' are inscribed in two lines in the lower right field. The engraver's mark appears at the lower center of the field. |

Lützow commanded the Freikorps that bears his name during the Wars of Liberation against Napoleon, and his unit attracted volunteers from across German-speaking states — not just Prussia — at a time when formal cross-border enlistment was politically impossible. The corps became the nucleus of the later black-red-gold color scheme associated with German nationalism, adopted from the uniform colors of Lützow's riders. This 1984 issue marks the 200th anniversary of his birth.
