| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown and rose-pink tones on cream paper, with an elaborate guilloche underprint of scrolling vine and lace motifs filling the entire field. The denomination "Fünf Mark" is rendered in large Gothic blackletter script across the upper portion, with a large numeral "5" superimposed over an oval guilloche cartouche bearing the text "Fünf Mark" in lighter underprint. Below, the issuing authority "Der Magistrat der Stadt Landsberg a. d.
