The central field bears the issuing authority's name 'Nesselwang' and the date 'Novemb. 1918' in Gothic blackletter script, above a three-line validity clause, with the town's heraldic shield — a baroque cartouche in red and gold bearing a green plant motif — occupying the centre. A manuscript mayoral signature appears above the printed serial number in red, and the artist's name 'Heinz Schirstl' is inscribed in small lettering at the lower right. |
