The issuer's title is set in ornate blackletter script at the top, above the large denomination inscription 'Fünf Mark' in elaborate gothic lettering occupying the central field. Below, a text block states the redemption terms and issue date of 15 November 1918, beneath which three manuscript signatures appear above their respective printed titles: Stadtschultheiß, Bürgerausschußobmann, and Stadtpfleger, accompanied by an embossed municipal seal at lower left. |
