| Reverse description | The reverse presents a detailed panoramic scene commemorating the liberation of Qubadli district. At centre-right, the historic single-arch Lalazar Bridge spans a rocky river, rendered in fine engraved detail, while to the left stands the Gurjulu Mausoleum, a medieval stone funerary tower with arched portal. Radiating sunbeams fill the upper field, over which an Azerbaijani flag waves triumphantly. In the lower foreground, a stylised numeral 8 intertwined with a ribbon bearing the inscription NOYABR (November) references the date of liberation. The surrounding legend reads QUBADLI and QARABAĞ AZƏRBAYCANDIR!, and the border is decorated with a geometric meander pattern. A specimen of Ophrys caucasica is referenced in the design iconography as a regional flora motif. |
