| 背面描述 | Panoramic vignette of the modern Ashgabat skyline rendered in fine intaglio line work, with the Independence Monument and the Neutrality Arch (Monument to Neutrality) as focal architectural elements set against a detailed cityscape. A crescent moon and five stars — symbols from the national flag — appear in the upper field, framed by an ornamental guilloche border in gold and green tones with traditional Turkmen carpet-pattern motifs. |

| 备注 |
Turkmenistan's 2020 manat series was issued following the redenomination of 2009, in which 5,000 old manat were exchanged for 1 new manat — a correction to decades of post-Soviet hyperinflation that had rendered lower denominations functionally useless. The 5 Manat sits near the bottom of the current series, and De La Rue's production reflects the relatively modest security specification: watermark and thread only, without the optically variable devices found on higher values.
The "Neutrality" designation in the note's name references Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality status, formally recognized by the UN in 1995 — a rare distinction that the government has systematically incorporated into its currency branding since the mid-2000s.
