In the central field, three Karabakh horses are depicted in full gallop across a grassy landscape, with the historic Shahbulag Castle rendered in relief in the left middle ground against radiating sunburst lines. In the lower centre, a stylised numeral 8 incorporates a ribbon bearing the inscription NOYABR, accompanied by a sprig of Ophrys caucasica orchid. The toponym AĞDAM appears in the upper field, while the patriotic legend QARABAĞ AZƏRBAYCANDIR! (Karabakh is Azerbaijan!) is inscribed along the lower arc.
